What is the best way to get wood chip off walls

Marsha Most wood chip has been painted and can be very difficult to get off! You will need to make a scratching tool, nail some tacks through a piece of ply or wood, just let the nail heads protrude through about .5 of a millimetre (not much at all), using this scratch the surface all over, making sure you do not dig into the plaster wall. When this has been done sponge water all over the surface, leave the paper to soak up, if needed repeat. After half an hour try scrapping with a paint scrapper, if needed use more water or/and a steamer. Regards Mark
