Living room: Install new flooring natural or laminate flooring; install new skirting; make good walls & repaint; install new lampshade; erect bespoke book shelves; Bedroom: Install new carpet; remove old wardrobes and replace with new (flat pack); remove old shelving; install lampshade; paint walls; Bathroom: Install water softener; remove old wall tiles & replace with new; replace shower screen; install new power shower; install new sink & vanity drawer & matching tall storage cabinet
