T-bar thresholds

Posted by Anthony S, on
Hello I have a few questions, which I hope you can help with. 1) I moved into a new build property with wood flooring (not solid wood), and it has badly fitted thresholds between one of the rooms. I would like someone who knows what they are doing to come and remove this and replace it with the correct kind of threshold. Furthermore, there is a large gap under the front door, due to a badly fitted threshold which I would also like someone to address. Which trade would be best suited to help with this? 2) The bath has effectively been tiled in, with no access hatch to the underside of the bath. I would like someone to remove the tiles/create an access hatch to the underside of the bath, ensuring that under the bath if checked for any leaks, and rectified as required. I assume a plumber, but is this trade best suited to help with this? Thank you
