Who do I go to (what kind of tradesman - builder?) to get Artex tested for asbestos?

If the house is older than 1980 it's more than likely to have a small amount of asbestos in , get waste firm in to confirm It can be boarded over without disturbing artex then plastererd. G, branch plastering
