My other half painted wood veneer doors with several coats of emulsion. He did not sand or prime first. Not only do they look awful,they have started to smell AWFUL!! Is there a health risk likely here? The smell is overpowering after exposure to the sun,but as its all bedroom doors I'm concerned about chemical reactions and fumes
