possibly a joiner sounds like its been fitted too tightly upto walls needs 6 to 8 mm gap on all sides to allow to expand gap is usually covered by a bead or skirting depends which way its been done

Chipboard tongue and groove on concrete kitchen floor bowing up over. I need an estimate and root cause for insurance purposes but I'm unsure which trade to contact.
