What can be done if door to be fitted is not quite wide enough to fit original frame

either thin strips glued and pinned to frame plus the same needs to be fitted to the stop lath or frame to maintain rebate or thin strips glued to each door edge only pin these if you are not planeing the door to fit they would need to be glued and cramped overnight for glue to set
