PASSPORT VERIFICATION, I am attempting to sign up. As a tradesperson you require verification of identity. Your website requests the passport number to include the letters, numbers and symbols. If you do this the verification fails. If you leave out the symbols it verifies. Can you amend your online advice please. It is confusing.
