Hi Guy, We prefer initially going through our Contact Us form as it allows us to direct queries into specific categories so that they can be picked up by the appropriate team. We then either give you a call ourselves if the situation warrants it or give you a number to call us. It all depends on the reason for contacting us. Hi Guy Is it a householder or trader? They like to deal with people via email rather than phone ,I don't know why. They also wont let me send a phone number so Try 0345 One hundred and seventeen, eight thousand I was given this number by RP on a email so I've kept it Thanks Russ
