During heavy rain I have a small leak coming from around the area where the roof ventilation tile attaches to the ventilation pipe in my attic. I've had both a roofer and a plumber look at this and neither of them have sorted the issue (plumber readjusted the pipe, the roofer didn't do anything). I can't see where the source of the water is coming in ie through a gap in the tiles or from where it joins to the pipe. Any suggestion as to who I get in next to resolve this? The property is about 8 years old.
