We have a 3 bed 30's semi and have had the front bedroom replastered. since the plaster has dried we have just had some heavy rain. 2 wet small patches have appeared just under the front sill and we have no idea where they are coming from, of course from outside but we dont know if its a window specialist, roofer or general builder that we need, please assist
