If the original job that you posted through Rated People was satisfactory, I'm afraid we're limited in what we can do to help, but we will certainly be able to help you regarding the surname and address. By posting a job, you would have created a (free) homeowner account with us. This means that you can log in to your account online (ratedpeople(dot)com/local/login), select ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and then click the job from the list. Your username will be your email address and don't worry if you've forgotten your password, there will be an option to change it. Once logged in, you will then be shown a list of tradespeople who were interested in your job and their contact details.
