Hi Emana, most damp problems are as a result of condensation built up in a room and exposed to a cold wall. The best way to get rid of it is to not allow a build up of moist air. So if you are using the radiators to dry clothes that will produce a lot of moist air which will condense on the walls. The next thing is to make sure you have ventilation in the rooms. You don't need a window open but you should have trickle vents on the windows so open these. If you don't have trickle vents then crack the window open by about 5mm once a day to allow a bit of air movement. You can get trickle vents retro fitted for future. Hope that helps.
