Hi Amanda. Tricky really as I don't know how big the cracks are, however I'd always say to go back to the supplier as a 1st port of call. The big down side to conservatorys is that they don't have to comply with any building regulations so there is no guarantee that the foundations are strong enough to support the building structure. Either an experienced builder or a chartered surveyor would be able to look at this and give you some advice Martin
