Hi Alex, When you’re unable to get in touch with the homeowner and provide a quote, we have a brand new process in place where you can report the lead online and, if you’re eligible, go on to request a credit for that lead. Just log in to your account, find the job lead in your Purchased Leads list and go on to the full details page for the lead. If the lead is less than 30 days old and you haven’t requested a rating for it or sent an invoice to the customer, you’ll spot a ‘Report this lead’ button. Once you select this, you’ll be guided through the reporting and requesting process step by step. Once you submit a credit request, our Customer Care Team will contact the homeowner and get back to you within 3 days to let you know if it has been approved. They'll also update the status recorded on the lead details page in case you miss their email.
