Our Victorian house has a bay window with a small area of flat roof covered with felt, which is now leaking. Other houses on the street have some decorative stone castellation but ours is covered by the felt. We'd like a repair that fixes the leak, and restores the castellation if possible. Should I look for a roofer, stonemason or general builder?
