Aerial has come off

It's a three storey building in east London. The recent storm has caused the aerial to get unfixed and it's now lying on the roof. I am worried that will cause any damage to the roof tiles and therefore It needs to get secured back. I don't even know which person I need. Handyman? Roofer? Aerial people? Please help. Thanks
