Hi Santosh Sorry to hear that! I am one of the tradesmen on this site and would advise any customer not to pay any money for a job that's not been completed to your satisfaction. I would advise you to contact rated people directly with this issue. Hopefully the tradesman has returned and completed works!

Agree with John, no reputable tradesman will ask for money in advance, contact rated people directly, they should work with you and contact the tradesman directly on your behalf
