Is this a guttering or plumbing problem?

I have a large damp patch on my ceiling in back room and a drip when I run bath water away. My guttering is a bit blocked could this be the problem or something else?

Hi if the bath is directly above the damp patch and drips when you empty bath then yes, it's possible the east outlet in the bath may need tightening or replaced. Thanks
