Ceiling leak repair

There is a crack in my ceiling from where water has pooled on the roof and dripped through; I'm wondering please what kind of tradesman I need to fix the ceiling damage; there are three cracks that meet in the middle? (The managing agent is dealing with the roof issue) Thank you
