Unauthorised payment.

Hi, I recently received a call from rated people to add credit to my account in lieu of paying my monthly fee. I am happy to do this however, on the call the advisor did not explain when the payment would be taken. I have only recently set up my business and have not yet built up enough credit in my account to afford the payment. As it was not discussed, I assumed that I would be contacted to advise when the payment would be taken. I would still like to go ahead with the payment of £288 but I won't be able to afford to do this until next month. In order for me to pay my mortgage, I would like the money refunded and to set up a date to pay next month. I am quite unhappy that the date of the payment was not discussed and that it has caused me quite a bit of distress today when I noticed I was overdrawn due to this.
