Hi Donald, Various colleges offer Piano tuning courses. I know from previous experience that their students are often looking for experience and are extremely competent. my local college in Newark on Trent attracts students from around the country. They may be able to help. I believe it is now part of Lincoln college. I hope this helps Russell Hayes
