Cancel a job

How can I cancel a job? sadly I cannot go ahead at this time with my plumbing job so want to cancel it off the system. is this possible?

Hi Nicole, There are a number of ways you can cancel your job. The quickest way is to respond to the text message we sent you shortly after your job went live, simply replying with the word 'STOP'. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and withdraw the job from there. Jon
