Hi Perhaps you could re advertise the job and give a detailed breakdown. Unfortunatley a lot of jobs do not give enough information. As mentioned the trades have to pay to get the clients details and the experienced trades will not engaged
I would suggest keep your budget low and state in the ad itself to ignore the budget, i never buy second and certainly not third on any job As has been stated contact the tradesman and ask for the information you want
I echo the first reply. I also wouldn't be second or third to buy. Increase your budget means increased lead fee. Less chance of response. Text this first reply back and ask for a detailed breakdown in writing via email. Hope this helps . Regards Mark.
Hi There could be up to 3 tradesman contact you. We actually pay RP a fee for your details,(min of about 9 pound. If like myself if the job lead has already been bought I don't bother as more often then not it would be a waste of money as the lead stays "live" until the homeowner removes it or puts a stop on it.If you increase the budget it only means the tradesman's fee increases. You would prob need to re advertise the job,but keep the budget low for more chance of responses,doesnt mean the quote will be less than the budget you put on. Hope this helps a little
