Rough cost to re wire, new heating and re plumb a 3 bedroom semi-detached house. House will be empty.

We undertake this sort of work regularly as one of our main avenues of work now is full house refurbishment,approximately £12,000 plus vat ,but would have to view the property on the other hand you may be able to reduce the price as the house is empty ,this is always handy,where are you based

Hi Keith I would say between £3500 and £4500 to do a good Electrical installation Have been doing rewires since 1973 As for the plumbing I would say around about £8000 Regards Adrian Hartwell Electrical services
