Withdrawing job

I have now booked someone to do my job but don't seem to be able to cancel the job on the site.

Hi Rebecca, To cancel your job: 1. Log in to your account from our homepage. 2. Click ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation. 3. Select the job you want to cancel. 4. Click the ‘Withdraw my job’ button/link. If you have trouble doing this, please contact our Customer care team via ratedpeople(dot)com/contact-us and they'll be able to help with this.
