Obviously window fitters , bathroom /kitchen fitters would be competent but I would just state that you want a good job done ...most ppl will not accept the the job on rated ppl if they feel they cannot do the job ...because one they may not get paid and secondly and more importantly no one wants a bad rating ....I would just understand that doing a good job , removing old silicone etc is not always a 5 minute job so take this into account when accepting quotes .
