How do I get money back when buying jobs then customer doesn't get back.

The money back scheme is total shambles! It is a total pot luck. When you apply for the money back, I reckon the computer decides not a human being!! I am not joking. Rated People suppose to investigate your eligibility and then decide but considering the amount of money I have wasted for the job leads I believe this is not correct. The decision is purely based on how much you spend on your leads and how many times you apply for the money back. And the computer automated message will tell you if you are going to get your money or not. I have already requested that they need to be very clear with the customers whom advertise for the jobs and the customers need to understand that we pay for the each lead. I believe that there are a lot of small companies on the site like mine and we cannot afford wasting money on non existing jobs. Leads are not cheap and we are jot rich!!.. Bee

Hi Lucas, if it is a legitimate reason, for instance, you purchased the lead, rang and e-mailed the customer, but no reply, or even if the customer allocates the job to a friend or relative. Report the lead and follow the guidelines, I have had 5 requests for credits honoured by Rated People. It is frustrating when potential customers fail to respond to your efforts, I work on a 30% success rate being a good result. Good luck with your credit request.

you sometimes get your money back but not always.bit of a con sometimes especially when you buy a lead and the customer is just taking the mickey with there budget and dont ever get back to you.

rated dont like giving money back first ask on job sheet return phone call then wait 24 hours have you texted, emailed tried several times? then report lead theylle investigate you might get your money back but dont bet on it ime supposed to have spoken to a customer but did not 7 phone calls 2 texts 3 emails and no contact rated dont belive me so no money back
