Are there individuals or firms on your books who could quote for several different small jobs plus a couple of larger ones? these are 1) Adjust a fence post into a wall and possibly the gate to fit correctly (though the re-fix of the post should do both), 2) Ease front door over weather bar & trim edge to stop sticking. 3) Re-screw CO2 detector to ceiling 4) Provide & fit new lead flashing to join of flat roof and main house wall 5) Remove tiled infill behind bath taps, fix infill timber, seal & re-tile strip, 6)supply & fit replacement rad in bathroom, 7)replace bathroom flush type ceiling lights, 8) replace sealant round window frame & re-fix upvc trim, 9)quote for back door replacement with half glazed upvc door 10) Algor oven door worn from holding points - advise repair with new door or new oven

Hi post a job with the same description and you will get quotes Put £100 as budget,so traders pay minimum price. This way you'll get at least 3 quotes. If u need electrics done and around m25 I can help
