Hi Andrew I would agree with Z. Try a find a reputable local builder that will have a good general knowledge of most of the things on your list and have the relevant contacts for any specialist trades. Ideally you want one person to manage and be responsible for the entire works, rather than having several contacts to deal with where responsibilities may overlap. David

Hello Andrew, In my opinion,you need a builder that needs to know everything on the list above up to boiler/Gas pipes.For this you may need a plumber.However this depends of the kind of work related to the boiler.I hope this helps.
