A problem should be deeper than the decorator can resolve. It should be stripped odd and redone, as it seems to me something not compatible has been used, it is a bonding issue. Thank you
Decorator or plasterer?

I have a bathroom ceiling that is peeling for the 4th time this year. It has been sanded back, sealed with peel stop had different types of paint used on it and a new extractor fan. It's time to get a professional in but I'm unsure if it needs replastering or I need a decorator who can prepare it properly. Any thoughts would be appreciated
