Which tradesman for sash window and sill repair?

I want to post a job on Rated People to repair old sash windows - the sash cord on one is broken and the outside sills are very corroded and will need to be replaced. I'm not sure which tradesman I need to target the job at, though - should it be for window fitters or for joiners? Or both? Thanks for any advice you can offer!
