Who would resurface an outdoor patio leaking into flat below?

Hi, our patio with decking is no longer waterproof, and there is water leaking into the flat and shed downstairs. Who would be the right person to fix this? Builder? Roofer? Decker? Thanks in advance.

Hi Anna without looking at it I would say a builder carpenter would be skilled enough to sort your issue out
