6 inch door hinges

I'm looking to try and replace the door hinges on my external storm door preferably with brass plated steel ones. The ones currently in place were heavily painted over which had cracked and degraded over the years. I can't find anywhere that seems to make hinges up to this size and style. Can anyone point me In the right direction?
