Reactive Repairs -Childrens Charity

Posted by Carl Prendergast, on
We are a National Childrens Charity and spend roughly around 1.2 million on reactive repairs through a National Facilities provider, however the response times are poor and the cost is expensive. I am now looking to build a National Framework of contractors to support the local economy but also to provide the Charity the service it deserves. What support can you bring and what safeguarding processes do you have in place to ensure that your contractors our competent and DBS checked?

Rated people only ensures the tradespeople are verified and certified to certain levels. You would need to do all the vetting ad dbs checks yourself!
