I need to replace the lock on my external back door. It's a multipoint lock but I have no idea what brand it is or where is best to get a replacement
It's lever arm to lock- so pull up and lock with key.
It has a hook on top and hook on bottom above the latch
It has no markings as to what brand it is
Has a flat faceplate and it is all in one piece
I am also unsure whether the door is UPVC or composite- the doors seem old and were in place before I moved in
