We're looking at carrying out quite a few different jobs around the house from a garage conversion to fitted kitchen to re-plumbing a dreadful job that a plumber carried out recently. My issue is I'm not a project manager and I'm unsure what's the best way to get the correct trades people in at the right time.
Equally, we've had an architect come round for some of the building work and he has drawn up some plans. We are additionally looking to get some quotes on steel work but this has been going on for about a month now with little progress.
I'm looking for a building management company or similar who can take on the responsibility of the project management elements, however, I don't see the best way to request this?
