Why do you keep taking money from me when I cancelled 2 months ago?

I cancelled by e-mail 2 months ago and you’ve debited £216.00 from my account since. I’ve recently lost a loved one and am suffering from depression and as such cannot work- I informed you of this in e-mail and yet you still won’t stop taking money from me- I can’t afford bills because of this. Your policy says that I can cancel in writing at any time, I’ve sent you 5 e-mails and you have not replied and left messages on the phone you have not returned. I have made a freedom of information request which you have ignored (breaking the law). To any prospective tradesman- DO NOT USE!!
