I'm writing to seek your advice. My mother paid Dean Smith of GS Roofing & Guttering to remove our coal bunker, and - having been paid, he left the job undone. He hid a fair portion of the residue behind our garage, then dumped a pile of coal and rubble over the garden wall into our mother's front garden. He admitted this in a text and said he was sorry and that he thought we wouldn't notice. He promised to return and remove the mess but never did.
When this happens, what does Rated People do to ensure that tradesmen don't provide the same dishonest service to others?
