We have a condensation problem in our loft.
House is early 1900's terraced house in Newport, South Wales. Roof is in a good condition and has possibly been replaced at some point in the past but there is ventilation which is causing a build up of damp, occasional mould problems.
I need to know how to best approach getting this fixed - which trade would be involved (Roofer or Builder?)
