Adjust door and minimise gaps

Following a fire door inspection I was requested to fix the main door gaps at my apartment. Can you please advise if the solution provided is sound? See below for your reference: To reduce the gaps a contractor may be able to adjust the door via packing the hinges to minimise the gaps to the side or by fitting a product such as Framefit. The threshold gap can be solved once again with Framefit or by installing a fire rated threshold bar to the floor below the door or drop down seals.
