The drain outside our kitchen bubbles up when our neighbour is using their kitchen. Could this be caused by a blockage somewhere?

John, It could be caused by a blockage as you are both probably sharing the same Mains Drain. If the water goes away then it is at present a minor blockage and can be caused by numerous reasons. Bill Pipe Dreams Plumbing Services, Bournemouth, Dorset
