I occupy a flat in a listed building - a former town house.
My upstairs neighbour has recently installed a wet-room &, as a result of water ingress, I understand that the drain from his shower is now routed into a common internal rainwater drain. My plumber has suggested that shower waste, soap, chemicals etc, may have contributed to pipe failure.
Is this arrangement in breach of any formal regulations?
