Downpipes etc

Posted by Simon Treves, on
According to our surveyor 'given the area of roof to drain, the number of downpipes should be increased. The downpipe from the conservatory goes beneath the ground. there is no evidence of a gulley or connection. This will need to be checked for an appropriate drainage outlet.' In addition - but separately - the metal guttering is ageing and replacement with plastic will be needed. Would be grateful for separate ballpark quotes for these jobs: thanks.
