What to cover soil pipe under driveway with?

Hi, plumber installed a new soil pipe for new bathroom 6 months ago, he dug in the driveway to the manhole and fitted new thick pipe, then filled it with rubble after the building inspector visited. Everything works well, just I'm worried about driving over the filled hole not to break the pipe deep under. Can I just throw some pre-mixed cement in there to bring it level with the driveway?
