Hi Carol Make sure the waste pipe is fitted correctly. If it is get someone in to take a look.
Washing machine drainage problem

Water draining from washing machine backs up poss due to blockage in drainage pipe. I have tried a number of times with products to clear any blockages in kitchen sink/drainage unsuccessfully - what is the best way forward to resolve this problem - is it a case of calling someone in to blast out the drain ?
