I recently called out a plumber for a blocked toilet/soil pipe. He cleared all blockages down to the main drain but was still blocked. He has found that a section of the pipe running towards the back of the property has possibly collapsed (his rod was covered in mud). I don't know who I would need to call out to assess and fix this problem. Help.
