Rainwater is seeping into my basement conversion as there is nowhere for the water to go.
I had a independent damp survey done and they recommended damp proof course.
I called out a damp proofing company and they suggested i first get a drain built outside as there is nowhere for the rainwater to go.
Do I need a drain specialist or a builder to look at this?
