Do i need a sewage inspector to sign off a replaced pipe?

Posted by Syd may, on
I have had almost the length of my sewage pipe replaced by a drainage company. I have read that I need the work to be checked and signed off by an independent inspector. is this correct? thanks.

Hello Syd, Never heard of that before. usually having work checked is when a building warrant has been issued. I wouldn't worry to much unless your locally authority requires it. Kind regards, Thomas Hannah Hannah Plumbing
