I have a downpipe which blocks repeatedly causing water to back up, overflow the gutering and leak into the house. There is no 'rodding eye' at the foot of the downpipe meaning it's difficult to acces underground to un block the drain. Do I need a roofer, a plumber or a drainage specialist? Thanks
